Over 20 years ago, the NSW State Government identified the site of The New Rouse Hill as the regional centre to serve northwest Sydney. After a rigorous partner selection process by the NSW Government, a partnership between Lend Lease and GPT won the right to develop and master plan the site. GPT, one of Australia’s largest diversified property groups, will manage and own the Rouse Hill Town Centre.
