Ironbark Ridge Primary School has been servicing the Rouse Hill community since 2005. In addition, there is a childcare centre located next to the primary school to meet the needs of parents with young children. By 2009, the adjacent public high school will be ready for its first students.
The town centre, the first part of the site to be completed, offers a range of shops, cafés, restaurants, community facilities, health centre, commercial space, library and space for local businesses. Adjacent to town centre is the Transit Interchange incorporating the T-Way bus station. The dedicated T-way connects The New Rouse Hill to Parramatta and Blacktown via a rapid bus-only lane, with connecting services to Castle Hill and Sydney. The State Government has also announced plans for a railway station, intended to be located adjacent to the town centre and incorporated into the Transit Interchange. | | | |
