The Office of Strategic Lands (OSL) within the Department of Planning and Environment administers the landholdings of the Minister for Planning. The Minister retains land ownership ahead of the delivery of the development. Landcom acts in conjunction with OSL as the lead representative on behalf of the NSW Government to oversee the delivery of the ‘vision’ for The New Rouse Hill as a community.
The GPT Group (GPT), as joint venture partners with Lend Lease, will develop the 122-hectare New Rouse Hill over a 12-year period. GPT has already delivered the hugely successful Rouse Hill Town Centre, which continues to be owned and managed by GPT.
